I am finding I go to reply to an email chain and when I click the reply button the response email doesn’t include any history of the previous email correspondence?

Could you please check if you're able to see the quoted text icon in the email reply window? You can expand this to view the previous email correspondence.

If this icon is not visible, please check under Admin > Apps > Manage Apps to see if the Remove Quoted Text app is installed, as this could remove the quoted history in your replies.

If this isn't the issue, please email us at [email protected] with a screenshot of the ticket and the apps listed under Manage Apps, and we’ll investigate further.
