HELP! Phone Balance isn't being updated and our phones are down!

We have Freshsales CRM Suite. I started getting LOTS of invoices from Freshworks (15 yesterday, 25 today). Each bill is marked as Paid (they’re like $5 apiece).It tells me we’re out of incoming phone credits. I tried making a manual payment.  It shows the payment went through, but our phone credit balance doesn’t update.The one phone number I have for anyone at FW, they aren’t answering.My sales staff is dead in the water.

For some reason whenever I save a custom website url for example: https://app.websitedomain.com/property=12345 FreshSales automatically changes the url to be: app.websitedomain.com Does anyone know how to make this stop happening?

Querying a Microsoft service (Defender Adv Hunting) via MS Graph from a freshservice ticket

Hi, this is my first post so let me know if I’m not doing this correctly. We have an employee offboarding process in Freshservice and would like to add Freshservice automation that, when an offboarding ticket is created, sends a KQL query to our Microsoft instance, specifically Defender Advanced Hunting, and the results of the query should be placed back in the ticket.The Microsoft documentation suggests that we should do this via Microsoft Graph.  I’d like to create a FS workflow that makes a web request to Microsoft Graph to start the query, but no matter what combinations of configurations I attempt I get blocked with errors like “invalid host” or "InvalidAuthenticationToken", or whatever.The Microsoft documentation is splintered into scattered sub-topics, doesn’t include examples, and assumes I’m using a programming language like JavaScript, not a platform like FreshService.Has anyone else managed to make calls into Microsoft, not using the existing AD/Azure apps which don’t includ

Delay in Message Reflection on iOS with Flutter Freshchat SDK

Hi, Recently, I have integrated the latest SDK (freshchat_sdk ^0.10.10) of Freshchat for FLUTTER for both iOS and Android into an app I am developing.The integration on the Android platform has been successful and works smoothly. However, I have experienced certain issues when using the Freshchat SDK on iOS, specifically regarding the time it takes for a message to be reflected in the UI after using the Freshchat.showConversations() function.In detail, I have noticed that when a notification is received, it is reflected almost instantly in the ios notifications. However, displaying the message in the UI can take significantly longer compared to the Android experience. This has led to a discrepancy in user experience between the platforms.Since the functionality on Android is seamless and the message is reflected at virtually the same time the notification is received, I would like to request your assistance in addressing this specific issue on iOS. Dropdown Field Not Working As Expected

I am wondering if this is working as expected or whether this is a bug.When working with Multi or Single Dropdown fields and selecting the Data Source as ‘Assets’...…All Users, Requesters, Agents, Departments but not Locations... ...when a user attempts to use these Dropdown fields in a form from within the Support or Agent Portals they instead work as a Search box:Why is this the case for everything except Locations?  Is there a way to force it to work as a Dropdown instead of a Search box?

Assigning tikcets from FreshService to 3rd party

We are going to use FreshService if all goes according to plan and based on the Growth version.We have also a external 3rd party as Software Supplier and Developer partner. We would like to be able to assign tickets to this party easily and i was wondering what the best approach would be.I was thinking about 1 Agent per application and a shared mailbox on their end so that we can easily reassign tickets to them and by only consuming the costs for 1 agent. Is this a feasable solution?Otherwise the amount of Agents would increase a lot and there might also be some onboarding and ofboarding on their end without us knowing about it.Thanks for your suggestions!

Maintenance calender and Change publishing on Statuspage

Question: In the maintenance calender we create a maintenance calendar item that is made visible on the statuspage every evening on weekdays.We want to add just One Change number to these repeating maintenance calendar items that will be viewable in the maintenance calendar.It looks like we must make a change for every day because the change when associated to the just made repeating maintenancecalendar items gets the starting date and time and ending date and time of the first day of the repeating maintenance calendar items! Anybody have a solution, or will the change get another start/end date/time when a new day arrives within the schedule.

Regarding Freshsales Product Event

We are developing an app (Freshsales Sage integration) that utilizes the 'onContactCreate' event to listen for contact creation events in Freshsales. However, we have observed occasional failures of the 'onContactCreate' event when creating contacts in Freshsales. During our testing, when we attempted to create 10 contacts at a time for 5 iterations, totaling 50 contacts, the product event didn't trigger for 3 contacts in the first iteration, but it triggered successfully for all subsequent iterations, allowing us to retrieve the contacts. Consequently, we were unable to retrieve all the contacts created in FreshSales using the product event. We have also encountered this issue while creating 5 contacts at a time in Freshsales, during which the product event only triggered twice. This does not occur frequently, but it happens occasionally. Does anyone have any suggestions?

SF integration does't work

Hi guys, We are about to complete our 14 days of trial. However, the most important thing for us hasn’t been addressed, which is the SF integration.We are trying to bring in meaningful data from SF to FD but no luck. There are no error messages at all and the integration settings seem fine. We are trying to get Accounts + Contact + Opportunities data.  Any hints?

Workflow for field value changed by specific amount

Hello! I would like to create a workflow that is triggered when a number field value decreases by a certain percentage. It doesn’t look like this is an option in the dropdown however. The only options I have are:is is not equal to is greater than is less than is between is empty is not empty is changedI thought of using the ‘is changed’ option, but it doesn’t let me specify how much I would like it to change by. Is there a way to do this? Thank you.
